Integrity Gymnastics and Cheerleading is thrilled to welcome Dana Bumbrey as our new Cheer Team Director.  Dana is currently in his third season as an assistant coach for The Ohio State University Cheerleading Squad and we are very lucky to have him.  He has 21 years of cheerleading experience, has coached many athletes to college scholarships, was a member of the 1993 UCA National Championship Squad and served as Co-Director for Cheer Ohio for 5 years. 

Dana is extremely excited about this opportunity and is looking forward to meeting and getting to know the girls.  We would like to invite athletes and parents to our “Meet and Greet/Open Tumble” Monday April 2nd and Wednesday April 4th from 5:30-7:30.  Please come out and meet the entire cheerleading staff as well as Dana personally and join us in welcoming him to Integrity. 

 

 

 

Good Luck to all of the Integrity Cheer Elite girls competing this weekend!

This is not a huge thing but we wanted you to know that our Session 5 2012 which begins April 23rd will be eight weeks long instead of 7 weeks  long. That will also make our summer session one week shorter as well.  So the dates that were previously published for the 2012 year are slightly different now.

Congratulations to all the girls who took part in this national event! 

Congratulations to Audrey who finished 5th All Around and took home the GOLD in ball in the Level 9/10 Senior competition! And congratulations to our beginner and intermediate groups who both finished 2nd All Around and 1st in Floor at the National Group Championships! 

 

Congratulations to all the Integrity Rhythmics girls who competed at the Chicagoland Invitational in Downers Grove, IL February 3-5! Outstanding Results!

We are pleased to announce the addition of Martial Arts to our facility. We are offering classes in Seiei Kan Ju Jutsu. These classes focus on Self Defense, stand-up sparring, grappling, throwing and submission. We are offering classes for all age groups and experience levels.

 

The schedule is as follows:

Children’s Class (4-12 yrs old) Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday 6:00-6:45pm

Teen/Adult Class (13+) Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday 6:45-8:00 pm

 

The monthly tuition includes all 3 days and is $84 for the Children’s class and $99 for the Adult class. The annual Integrity registration fee is also due at the time of enrollment.
